We started Patriot Homecare at the WBE not knowing what to expect. The advantage of the minimal overhead was obvious to us. But, once we became a member of the WBE community it was clear this was so much more. From the exceptional help from Tony, John and Jody to the peer support you get from the other start-ups, the help of the WBE was critical to our success. 1000 thanks to the WBE!
“When I decided to start my own business, one of the greatest challenges I faced was locating the physical space I needed to effectively carry out my work and I needed it to be economically feasible as well. The Warren Business Exchange was the perfect solution. I have a comfortable office space and access to just about every piece of office equipment one can imagine. The expert business advice from Warren Business Exchange representaties has also been of great value. They have kept me focused on the things that are often overlooked when starting a new venture; and for that, I am most grateful.”
The city’s Warren Business Exchange is one of the best programs that Warren has to offer to startups and emerging companies. Since Mamula Construction LLC. joined the WBE in Feburary, 2011 Mamula Construction has been awarded over $800,000 in projects and currently has five full-time employees and ten part-time employees. The mentoring provided by the WBE staff and it’s advisory board has been invaluable, no matter what the issue at hand , they are able to help resolve the problem either in-house or by using their extensive network of business partners. My employees and I are extremely grateful for the WBE and I believe it has been a primary catalyst in allowing my company to grow.
